Questions
How long does a repair take?
Many phone screen repairs are done the same visit, often while you wait. Tablets and some parts may take until the next day. We’ll give you a time before we start.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. If you’d like to know the price first, send a quote request and we’ll text or call you, usually within the hour.
What if it isn’t worth fixing?
We’ll tell you. If a repair would cost more than the device is worth, we’ll say so before any work starts.
Do you fix water damage?
Yes. Turn the phone off, don’t charge it, skip the rice, and bring it in as soon as you can.
Can I sell you my old phone?
