Galaxy S24 screen repair in Huntsville

The Galaxy S24 has a 6.2-inch AMOLED screen with the fingerprint reader built in underneath. A drop that cracks the glass often damages the display below it too, and we replace S24 screens at our shop on Winchester Road.

We also fix the S24+, S24 Ultra, and S24 FE. Each uses its own screen, so pick your exact model in the form.

Common Galaxy S24 screen problems

Cracked glass
Cracks, chips, or a shattered corner. The glass and the AMOLED panel are bonded, so they’re replaced as one part.
A green or pink line
A line down the screen after a drop is a display fault. No setting or update will clear it.
Black screen, phone still on
It rings and vibrates but the screen stays dark.
Touch or fingerprint trouble
Dead spots, ghost touches, or a fingerprint reader that stopped working after a crack over the sensor.
Ghost images
Faint outlines of the keyboard or status bar that never go away, a sign of a worn AMOLED panel.

What to expect

Many Galaxy screen repairs are done the same visit. On many Galaxy S phones the replacement screen comes already fitted to a new frame. If the part for your model needs to be ordered, we’ll tell you when it will be ready.

Your photos, apps, and settings stay put. If the phone still works, back it up first anyway.

After the repair, set up your fingerprints again under Settings, Security and privacy, Biometrics. More in our Samsung repair guide.

Questions

How long does a Galaxy S24 screen repair take?

Many are done the same visit. Send a quote request first and we’ll confirm we have the screen for your exact model.

Is the S24 screen the same as the S24+ or S24 Ultra?

No. The S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, and S24 FE each use a different screen. Open Settings, then About phone, to check which one you have.

Will my fingerprint reader work after a new screen?

Yes. The reader sits under the screen, so you’ll register your fingerprints again once the repair is done.

What if it isn’t worth fixing?

We’ll tell you. If a repair would cost more than the device is worth, we’ll say so before any work starts.
